We’re really the quarterback in everything. I love Artie’s, chess analogy. When it comes to strategy, when it comes to what role do we play, it’s really the quarterback role. And so I really refer to it as the three C’s, communication, collaboration, and connection. To be the quarterback I have to organize all of those three Cs with the client, their state attorney, their banker, their investment advisor, the next generation of kids that’s gonna be inheriting their business or not inheriting their business. So we have to really be strategic about our placement and putting ourselves as the quarterback and leading the team of all these different professionals and making sure everyone’s collaborating, everyone’s connecting, and everyone’s communicating.
