2025 is going to be a great year. There’s a lot of critical dates that people need to be aware of to make sure that they are preparing. The most critical dates, of course, is payroll first for 2024 needs to get out by January 31st. So all your 1099s, all your W2s for your employees need to be issued by January 31st.

The next set of most important deadlines would be the corporate deadline for March 17th, not the 15th, it’s the 17th. And then the personal extension needs to be filed or your personal tax return would have to be filed by April 15th. If you file a personal or corporate extension, then you have until September 15th for your corporate taxes to be filed and then October 15th for the personal taxes to be filed.
