In regards to, you know, business formations and in regards to when someone wants to set up a business in Florida, normally people will come in and we have to like a full discussion on what they’re trying to accomplish. We look at all the other ramifications of their tax return or any other companies they may have, or whether it’s just a startup.

And like in Florida, there’s a lot of different types of LLCs. There’s partnerships, C-Corp and S-Corp. But it all depends on what they want to accomplish tax wise and business wise. And then we’ll have a consultation and we’ll go through the ins and outs of what you know they want to accomplish.

And then we give them all the tax ramifications of all the different types of entities. We would then go to a business attorney, okay, to draw up any type of contracts that they need. If there’s, you know, one or more owners, and then at that point, if they have an idea that needs to be patented, trademarked, or it’s an intellectual property issue, then we hook ’em up with an attorney that deals in that.
