Sylvio was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and moved to the United States in 2000. He has lived in Miami and San Mateo, California, and currently resides in Boca Raton.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Sylvio is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in California, Florida, and Massachusetts, and is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Outside of work, Sylvio enjoys spending time with his son, especially watching him play travel basketball. He also values getting together with longtime friends, going to the movies, attending concerts, and watching favorite old TV series such as “Criminal Minds,” “House,” “Law and Order,” and “Breaking Bad.” He is also a fan of Miami Heat basketball.
