Heather has been with Palermo, Landsman & Ross since its earliest days, playing a key role in helping get the business off the ground. From preparing invoices and managing payments to jumping in and supporting the admin team whenever needed, Heather brings consistency and heart to the backbone of the firm. Her work ensures that the day-to-day operations of PLR run smoothly, with a sharp eye on detail and a deep sense of commitment.

Background
Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Heather made the move to Florida after high school graduation. It’s here she met her husband, Dean, and they’ve since made a life together in the Miramar area.

When she’s not at PLR, Heather enjoys cheering on her favorite football team, attending concerts, and spending quality time with her family. She’s a proud Penn State Nittany Lions fan, and game days are a major event in her household!
