Background
Dean grew up in New York before his family relocated to Florida, where he’s had the privilege of forming lifelong friendships and building strong community ties.
Dean initially pursued a degree in Commercial Art and Design in college. During his time in retail operations, he earned several awards for my achievements in Loss Prevention, Customer Service, and P&L Operations, particularly in expense control and systems evaluation for Fortune 500 companies.
Community
When he’s not at work, you’ll find him flying remote-controlled planes and FPV drones, which has become a real passion of his. So much so, that Dean founded a charity dedicated to supporting STEM scholarships and grants. He also served on the board of the AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics), an organization with over 200,000 members that promotes safety and education in the world of RC aviation.
