Arthur “Arty” Palermo Jr., CPA, is the founder and managing partner of the firm, bringing over 39 years of experience to his clients. Throughout his career, Arty has worked with a diverse range of individuals and business owners, building lasting relationships by deeply understanding their unique needs and proactively planning for their future. His commitment to client care goes beyond numbers—he’s dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of personal and business tax laws, from accelerated depreciation and tax credits to IC-DISC formations and setting up the most tax efficient entity structures.

As a seasoned construction CPA, Arty is particularly skilled in the percentage-of-completion method, which helps his construction clients secure bonding and manage project finances effectively. His expertise extends across various industries, and he remains at the forefront of tax law changes by continually pursuing industry-specific education.

Background

Born in New York and a longtime South Florida resident of 49 years, Arty earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. His dedication to professional development keeps him up to date with the latest legislation, ensuring that clients receive the most relevant and effective financial advice.

Arty founded his firm with a vision that goes beyond taxes. He focuses on the big picture—asset protection, estate planning, financial strategies, and navigating the legal complexities of entity classification. His ultimate goal is to assemble a team of experts—including estate attorneys, financial planners, bankers, business attorneys, and insurance specialists—to work together and achieve the client’s vision of financial success. Arty approaches his clients as an extended family, with over 4,000 clients and 7,000 contacts in his network. He enjoys interconnecting people within his community to help them succeed and enrich their lives.

A passionate supporter of numerous charities, Arty is committed to giving back in meaningful ways. His leadership style emphasizes mentorship, education, and fostering a family-first culture within his firm.

Outside of work, Arty enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter, working out, vacationing, relaxing on the beach, golfing, and organizing annual family reunions. He’s also known for hosting “Grampa’s Tournament,” a cherished event for his extended family.
