As a seasoned construction CPA, Arty is particularly skilled in the percentage-of-completion method, which helps his construction clients secure bonding and manage project finances effectively. Born in New York and a longtime South Florida resident of 49 years, Arty earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
