Mai Kai and Mingle: An Event Supporting Children’s Harbor
On September 11, 2025, Palermo Landsman & Ross hosted a special evening at the historic Mai-Kai Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale — all in support of Children’s Harbor.

Children’s Harbor provides a safe and nurturing home for children and families in Broward County, focusing on keeping siblings together in foster care and helping families heal. This mission is especially close to our firm, as Karen Ross, one of our partners, also serves as Board Chair for Children’s Harbor.
The event was filled with connection, laughter, and the spirit of giving. Guests enjoyed the vibrant Polynesian atmosphere of the Mai-Kai, complete with authentic performances, dinner, and the joy of coming together for a purpose greater than ourselves.
